In this newly crafted role, the Talent Acquisition Enablement Leader for T. Rowe Price will lay the foundation for all Talent Acquisition (TA) programs, process, systems, and tools and directly manage our team of Recruiting Coordinators. If you are a process focused, results-oriented individual who believes in building effectiveness and polish into the experience of our candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, please consider applying.  We're looking for someone who has a consultative approach to identify and help solve hiring challenges and can work effectively with cross-functional partners to improve operational excellence.  Success in this role will include driving efficiency and innovation in our experience, allowing our recruiters, coordinators and hiring teams to operate at the highest level.

Highlights of the role include:

  • Optimize processes and systems alignment to support the recruiting function with accountability for deployment of critical TA initiatives and programs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership and the TA team to develop best practices for hiring efforts while keeping an eye on effectiveness and quality
  • Oversee and drive programs focused on candidate experience, employment law changes and other critical TA initiatives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for core TA systems and tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, SharePoint, etc.). Lead training and change management for Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators on system changes or product updates. 
  • Manage contract relationships with vendors that support recruiting
  • Drive documentation for recruiters and hiring teams, including onboarding documentation for systems and tools, and overall recruiting process
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and improvement of dashboards and analyses that enable the team to make data-driven decisions

Qualifications:

Typical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education AND 5+ years of recent and relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Operations, or HR, with at least one year of experience leading teams
  • Investment Management, Management Consulting or Financial Services experience is desirable
  • Positive influencer with a strong sense of ownership and initiative and a passion for Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize as needed while balancing multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful program and project management experience delivering critical tasks and meeting agreed upon deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • The ability to think strategically and gain support for ideas and initiatives
  • Proven experience managing vendors, including assessing and holding vendors accountable prior to renewals
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and experience implementing or working with HR Technology
  • Excellent follow-through, performance, judgment, and sense of humor
  • Flexibility for travel and to work evening hours and some weekends
