As a Product Manager in the Business Operations Team, this person will manage the ServiceNow environment for the firm, supervise a BA, and report directly to the Senior Director. This individual will oversee all aspects of the program, while also contributing directly to the evolution, analysis, testing, and integration for the full product portfolio. This role leads both people and products. This individual will help set the direction for the program through the proactive identification and development of functionality required to serve the needs of the firm and move the business unit forward.

  • Supervise a BA by aligning priorities and managing to deadlines across the full ServiceNow product suite
  • Work closely with IT and the business to develop workflow
  • Possess capability to perform, and deep working knowledge of, all roles within the unit, serving as a Program SME
  • Contribute to resource allocation decisions across the group and play a key role in training and development
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new functionality across the program
Position Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Sr. BA with demonstrated expertise within in Service Now
  • 5+ years of experience in creating functional specifications
  • 3+ years of team leadership and/or people management experience in a matrix org
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator Required
  • Experience with middleware and discovery technologies
  • Deep background in product development and ability to get up to speed on proprietary technology and business requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously in a leadership capacity within a highly-productive environment, executing with comfort in gray areas, and proven track record executing across multiple competing deadlines with fast-paced delivery targets
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
