About the Role

As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Uber Health team is looking for a charismatic, experienced, and hands-on leader to grow our partnerships to further the growth and expansion of Uber Health. The Enterprise Account Executive is someone who is deeply interested in the long-term success of our partnerships and thrives in a fast-paced technology company.

As the Enterprise Account Executive on the Uber Health team, you will work with our Sales team to help lead new and in-flight partnership efforts across all verticals. You will play an integral role on a cross-functional business unit team, executing against the vision and strategy for Uber Health. You will be the face of Uber externally to a wide range of client partners, and negotiate and help manage high-priority deals that ultimately drive revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, as you will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, legal, compliance, regulatory, policy, marketing, and operations.

What you'll do

Drive deals and sales of the Uber for Health platform, services, and solutions to target prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizations

Prospect potential clients and conduct detailed follow-ups to close deals

Implement and launch Uber Health with clients and ensure strong and consistent ridership

Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities

Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets (quota carrying role)

Plan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis

Probe for objections, remove obstacles and eliminate barriers

Maintain the customer relationship and grow the business

Work with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature rollouts

Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best-practice sharing, etc.

Build documents like process playbooks, performance trackers, etc.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of full closing sales experience
  • Experience working well cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance and other core Uber teams
  • Core understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and how payers, providers, NEMT brokers, and others play into the healthcare industry
  • Owning the full sales cycle - contract negotiation from start to finish

  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Pipeline Management and ability to work with Salesforce and forecast opportunities
  • Prospecting into new business segments and recognizing what is a high-impact opportunity and not wasting time
  • Ability to present well to C-suite healthcare professionals and articulate a vision and value proposition with ease
  • Empathetic salesperson - needs to understand the customer’s problems, so we can solve them
  • Assertively creative - we are solving new problems & can’t build an echo chamber - we need someone who can come up with novel ideas & who is not afraid to make sure they’re heard
  • Tenacious - we need someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone when the script & playbook hasn’t been written - smart enough to do the job & humble enough to do the work
  • Detail-oriented ability to pay attention to the nuances of the deal and what the partner needs to stand out from the competition
