Our Global Security organization is comprised of multiple teams that work together to support our operations around the globe. From buildings and servers, to prototypes and ideas, we ensure Facebook’s physical and intellectual assets are safe and secure and make informed decisions to protect Facebook’s reputation. The Regional manager, Global Security Investigations Center, leads and resolves internal and external, local, regional and/or global investigations, including but not limited to Insider Threat, Threats Against People, Missing Persons/KRE, Property Crimes, Fraud, Counterfeiting, Data Center Incidents and Supply Chain/IP Loss Incidents in a regional capacity around the world. They also action Intelligence, Protective Intelligence, and Due Diligence products for the overall organization. They coordinate Facebook’s response to workplace threats, and executes various types of investigative activities to support business requests and external inquiries while providing leadership to the Investigations Center and Investigations organization globally. Interfaces with Company personnel across multiple business units and countries. Implements proactive and responsive investigative solutions. Promotes a positive environment compliant with laws, regulations, and Company policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.This position will be based in Singapore and cover the APAC region.

  • Support an environment of Protecting People, Assets and Reputation through incident prevention, intelligence sharing and incident resolution
  • Lead the Intelligence and Investigations Center in conducting/supporting investigations involving medium to high levels of complexity
  • Lead the Intelligence and Investigations Center to appropriately leverage resources, technology, information and tactics in a manner that protects Facebook’s reputation and minimizes risk
  • Provide expert consultative and problem-solving services to a variety of internal clients under general supervision from the Manager, Global Security Investigations
  • Analyze preliminary evidence, identify relevant evidence to be obtained, and develop investigative plans
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and orderly case file documentation and database records
  • Educate clients on policies, processes, procedures and guidelines and the relevance to the investigation at hand
  • Understand client needs, build and foster relationships with clients, and deliver at a high service level
  • Work with clients to identify solutions that meet business needs
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and execute to favorable outcomes
  • Complete tasks within time and financial budget constraints.Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines to mitigate legal risk
  • Follow company procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices, and handling of confidential
  • Executes performance management routines and drives a respectful team culture centered on coaching, sharing meaningful feedback, open communication, listening and providing timely recognition to team members
  • Provide guidance to team members on the utilization of structured analytic techniques to develop tailored intelligence products and provide threat warning notifications to Facebook decision-makers, regionally and globally.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for team members and develop and implement creative and innovative solutions to allow the team to scale and optimize operations
  • Provide guidance to team members regarding the production of intelligence reports and threat assessments for the team’s global mission
  • Manage a regional/global team of intelligence analysts assessing risks and threats to Facebook’s people, assets and reputation
  • Manage privacy and data security breach investigations in accordance with Facebook’s privacy standards
  • Ensure records are maintained in accordance with our privacy record retention standards and schedule

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of investigations work experience involving intelligence, Protective Intelligence, Insider Threat, Threats Against People, Missing Persons/KRE, Property Crimes, Fraud, Counterfeiting, Data Center Incidents and/or Supply Chain Incidents
  • Completion of training on various interview techniques similar to Wicklander Zulawski, or other non confrontational techniques.
  • Experience leading global teams
  • Experience leading 24/7 on-call operations
  • Experience with investigative gathering disciplines and business reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of computer applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
