What You’ll Do
  • Partner with engineers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to drive the successful completion of multi-disciplinary software development projects
  • Drive planning, roadmapping and communications for quarterly and sprint deliverables
  • Innovate through identifying growth and scale opportunities, from processes to automation of manual work
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and be a trusted partner across the organization
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven track record with 3+ years of experience as  technical engineering/program manager working with full stack development teams and a variety of project management techniques
  • Relentless passion and drive to deliver with a coaching mindset
  • Ability to influence and inspire others through an empathetic mindset and diplomatic negotiation style
  • Proficiency with Jira or a related tool used for managing engineering work (Jira wizardry is a huge plus along with automation/scripting experience)
  • Technical experience to be able to understand the concepts being discussed, with the ability to facilitate discussion and flush out the details required to enable successful project execution and delivery
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style and delivery for a variety of audiences
  • A strong background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, either a degree or comparable work experience.
What You Can Expect
  • In 3 months you’ll have ramped up on MongoDB products and understand the Developer Relations and Education organization as a whole
  • In 6 month you’ll manage the end-to-end work for one of our platform teams and contribute to improving/automating our processes
