Clarus Commerce is seeking a talented Copywriter (digital and print) to own, write, and deliver all copy for our clients’ ecommerce loyalty programs. This individual will support the creative team in developing all consumer-facing content, including emails, print assets, web experiences, and more for the Premium Loyalty side of our business. Once the Company returns to the office (October), this person will be able to regularly work from home for part of the week.


  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for multiple web-based loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and project stakeholders to develop effective customer experiences.
  • Adhere to and maintain the voice and tone of our clients’ brands.
  • Manage multiple projects and/or tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with CRO and Media teams to optimize acquisition landing page copy and banner placements.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and consistency across channels.
  • Provide the Sales and Business Development teams with high-quality content for Premium Loyalty proposals.
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to discuss the clients’ requirements, core messaging and target audiences.
  • Work with the creative team to brainstorm and build concepts for execution.
  • Modify and revise copy until the client is satisfied.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • About 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer copywriting.
  • Master of writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy, both short-form and long-form.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to tailor writing to specific audiences.
  • Ability to adjust messaging and tone based on the client’s branding and unique voice.
  • A solid understanding of the retail landscape and the importance of creating loyal customers.
  • Robust creative and imaginative skills with a curiosity about our clients' products, services, and competitors.
  • Experience creating digital content that is informative, unique, and effective in converting the end user.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
