Job Description


The Staff Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects spanning across one or more Security functional teams and business areas. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The Project Manager interacts with clients, senior leadership, technical, and security staff to provide consistent communication and updates on project performance, schedules, and resources to external stakeholders.


  • Participate in Security project management activities, collaborating with both Security and business leaders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvements, including initial development of business cases and scoping of projects.
  • Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available departmental resources to various phases of each project.
  • Escalate in a timely manner to upper management any project issues, including timing, budget, resources, scope, and more.
  • Prepare project status reports and/or project portfolio summaries for management, business unit leaders, and Security management.
  • Perform customer surveys, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Able to navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members


  • 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity focused projects and programs
  • Global project management experience with ability to manage globally dispersed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Some experience managing security programs such as (IAM, PIM/PAM, ERP, and/or Enterprise Encryption)
  • Strong project management skills including risk management, understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
