About the Role

Uber is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the global Job Boards channel team. You will have the opportunity to lead large scale, high impact growth campaigns across multiple countries. You'll collaborate closely with business leads, publisher partners, and ad tech stakeholders to develop automation and optimization solutions that drive efficient scale.

We are looking for a technical growth marketing manager to own the development of our LATAM Earners Acquisition program. This person will be responsible for the management, development, and technical roadmap of campaigns, and work in close partnership with Data Science, AdTech, Marketing Solutions, Creative Optimization, and more to grow our revenue impact through a variety of job sites and local classifieds.

This is a unique opportunity to build a highly-automated world-class Growth Marketing program in partnership with unparalleled resources on the Data Science and Engineering side.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle execution of global direct response campaigns across job boards and classified channels

  • Determine areas of optimization and growth opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices to drive customer acquisition

  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to develop, launch and track high-impact campaigns and tests

  • Identify regional marketing opportunities to grow revenue impact in priority markets

  • Collaborate with Ad Tech partners to develop and implement advanced automation and optimization solutions

  • Work closely with regional contacts on localized projects

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (including agency of record)

  • The position demands strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximize resonance with target audiences

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management at a marketing agency or in-house

  • Understanding of web media buying, tracking and attribution

  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, SQL a plus)

  • English fluency is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale data-driven advertising campaigns

  • Experience working with internal engineering and Data Science teams to build in-house products on third-party APIs

  • Ability to use data to understand and improve business results; using one's understanding of major business functions, trends, and own organization's position to contribute to effective business strategies

  • Experience working with ad tech teams and product managers to build tools for automation and advanced optimization

  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies

  • Self-motivation and drive. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting to push projects to completion

  • Portuguese fluency a plus

  • Recruitment marketing industry experience a plus
