Collaborates with the compensation manager/HR Partners on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs and stock reload.

  • Gather and analyze benchmark data about jobs; Salary administration (market-based job analysis), experience required.
  • Assists Compensation manager with compensation-related issues.
  • Support Compensation team in classifying job descriptions for all current and open positions, working in conjunction with hiring managers to define duties and responsibilities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborates with the compensation manager/HR Partners on a variety of projects, including business function design.
  • Experience building Compensation structures and comparing internal data to the market, required.
  • Experience reviewing internal comparators and working closely with the Human Resources Business Partners, required.
  • Superior Excel Skills: vLookups, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, working in large spreadsheets, etc. required.
  • Radford, Mercer TRS and/or Mercer Comptryx benchmarking experience, required.
  • Experience working with base pay and incentive plans, required.
  • Experience using a ticketing system, a plus.
  • Experience using TEAMS, Zoom and Outlook required.
  • BS degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related experiences
  • 5 -7 years in HR experience.
  • CCP certification or credits towards certification, a definite plus.
  • Experience with HRIS systems required, Workday a definite plus.
