PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o    Provides input during weekly production scheduling for following week 
o    Responsible for daily production schedule and daily work activities. 
o    Recording data on RedZone platform or other SHO boards
o    Responsible for all related training – production, quality and equipment.  Provide input to shift superivsor on ability for new and existing employees to fulfill job description and capacity to meet production goals. 
o    Reporting all issues to shift supervisor as they become evident. 
o    Responsible for accurate and complete documentation of production within SAP. 
o    Verify that there are sufficient ingredients available for the following production.  Work with Warehouse dept. to support inventory management of ingredients used. 
o    Responsible for inspection of equipment and reporting any damage.  Plays a key role in trouble shooting equipment issues and reporting on Globe SAP. 
o    Responsible for assuring all safety policy are followed and reporting any safety violations by employees or unsafe equipment. 
o    Assure complete sanitation equipment and pass-off to other shifts.
o    Coordinate with the inventory team to assure ingredients are pulled and lot #’s are recorded correctly on SAP / Sheets 
o    Prep and Cook product to defined batch size by standardized methods with an artisan touch and culinary attitude. 
o    Wearing proper PPE designated for the area and coaching others in the area for adherence to PPE
o    Participate in continuous improvement of product and production systems. Preferable to taste test batches to ensure highest quality. 
o    Safely operate and understand basic assembly and disassembling of industrial kitchen equipment.  
o    Pre- and post-production sanitation of equipment including LOTO
o    Measure, Mix, Inspect and Package various food ingredients
o    Extensive knowledge of Globe SAP and use, responsible for Variance in the area
 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

•    High School Diploma/GED or other production processing experience.

EXPERIENCE:
•    Food manufacturing or processing 
SKILLS:
o    Ability to read, write and speak English 
o    Ability to follow specific recipes  
o    Must work in warm and cold environments  
o    Work safely around chemicals and equipment 
o    Ability to record, organize and interpret data 
o    Ability to taste / smell and evaluate food or ingredients for quality parameter
o    Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or production kitchen environment required 
o    Basic food preparation skills 
o    Be able to work continuously on your feet for a full shift 
o    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
o    Repetitive manual dexterity 
o    Quality Awareness 
o    Be detail oriented 
o    Practice Good Manufacturing Practices as they related to personal and food safety  requirements 
o    Respect condition of facility and equipment 
o    Ability to work independently and with a team 
o    Effective communication with management and production team members 
o    Basic Math skills 
o    Use of electronic or manual scales for weighing product
