    Position Overview

    We are looking for a business-savvy Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will report to the VP, HRBP Practice Leader responsible for supporting the Go-To-Market leaders. This position will support the Chief Marketing Officer

    We are looking for a curious and inquisitive change leader who will be a true partner to the business. Someone who listens to their customers. Someone who strives to make the people around them better, while making processes simpler, scalable and more effective. This person should be passionate about using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making and advocate for change.


    Responsibilities

    HR STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION

    • Work closely with the HRBP community to review, discuss and develop the organization’s strategic plans and objectives to ensure that there is a consistent approach across the group

    • Help to drive the overall PPL strategy through a consistent approach and toolset

    • Act a conduit to share and coordinate HRBP feedback for shaping new initiatives as well as communicating and standardizing new approaches from the COE’S for implementation within the HRBP Community

    • Manage the agenda and content for all HRBP Community Meetings as well as any follow up tasks within the team to ensure that goals are met, and key information is communicated

    • Coordinate all HRBP Community of Practice activity including Monthly tactical meetings, quarterly Community of Practice Meetings and Master Program

    • Work closely with the COS for PPL to ensure that there is a clear “Road Map” for the HRBP Community and that the correct projects are being prioritized and that the team is not bombarded with numerous “priorities”

    HRBP EFFECTIVENESS

    • Co-ordinate, evaluate and contribute towards the development of all HRBP processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness

    • Gather feedback and recommend improvements to achieve and deliver improved results and a standardized approach within the HRBP Community

    • Create positive team dynamics throughout HRBP Community by facilitating team-building activities or engaging other resources in conjunction with the HRBP Leads

    • Influence HRBP Leads to clarify and resolve divisional business and communication issues and improve overall organizational effectiveness
       

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • HRBP experience supporting C-Suite leaders with global teams

    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations
