    Position Overview

    The Deal Desk Support Specialist’s mandate is to support Sales and Deal Desk Teams in their daily business. Individuals in this role will use knowledge of company products, services, and technology as well as understanding license model changes, pricing and packaging changes, and general purchase transaction policies and exceptions.

    This role will partner closely with other Global Sales Operations Services teams in change management, support material, and tailored trainings. Reporting to Senior Manager Deal Desk, Global Territory Sales.


    The duties for the position will vary depending on day-to-day needs. The key responsibilities and functions may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned. 

    • Respond to and resolve internal Field Sales question pertaining to applicable programs and operations

    • Be the main point of contact for Government program inquiries

    • Guide Sales to use the correct data in Salesforce

    • Lead deals through appropriate approvals

    • Generate quotes for Government deals

    • Check and update our internal systems related to deals closed by other team members

    • Manage contract signatures via DocuSign

    • Bring non-standard business model and operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organization

    • Review processes and drive optimization

    • Create and update content on Wiki pages

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related discipline. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience 

    • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, including writing and presentation

    • Proficient with multiple applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, MS Teams,, etc. 

    • Ability to work independently and multi-task

    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills 

    • Highly organized and detail oriented with a proven ability to get the job done

    • Strong work ethic and quality standards; comfortable in a fluid ever-changing environment

    • Dedicated to service and customer orientated
