Field Marketing Operations

The Field Marketing Operations team within WW Marketing & Operations (WWM&O) has an opening for a Business Program Manager. This person will be responsible for partnering with Marketing stakeholders in our LATAM & UK regions to enable the adoption of Marketing capabilities and services provided through Marketing Service Central (MSC). The MSC is a global shared service that enables field execution of global marketing programs such as the Global Demand Centre (GDC) and provides access to a range of marketing services such as email execution, list extraction and website management.  

 

The Role

We’re looking for an outstanding Field Services Engagement Manager (FSEM) with a deep passion for Marketing and Operational delivery. You will coordinate Marketing Services planning and engage local stakeholders to promote the adoption of MSC services in the Field. As well as representing a broad portfolio of marketing services, you will also oversee the Marketing Service Desk and act as the Area point of contact for all MSC services.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Corporate teams (WWM&O; GDC; CSEO) to successfully enable Marketing capabilities in the field.
  • Support the landing of corporate marketing programs & guidance (e.g., GDC), through local stakeholder awareness and Field adoption of MSC services.
  • Act as a ‘trusted advisor’ to Area CMO and proactively look for ways to optimize field marketing operations and reduce costs.
  • Manage the annual planning & budget process associated with MSC service delivery.
  • Manage a regular rhythm of Service delivery check-ins with MSC stakeholders.
  • Represent ‘Voice of Field’ feedback to Corporate teams. Synthesize Field feedback for clarity and prioritization regarding how marketing capabilities could be improved.
  • Support Field Deployment of new services & tools through local stakeholder engagement, user testing, and training workshops.
  • Actively manage supplier relationships and oversee the delivery of the MSC ‘Marketing Coordinator’ service for LATAM & UK regions.
  • Coordinate with MSC Operations to forecast capacity needs within MSC service delivery hubs.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and mitigate operational issues relating to MSC service delivery.
  • Support Field awareness of Marketing compliance initiatives (Privacy, Brand, Accessibility, External Staff policy)

Qualifications

Skills

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience, ideally in large-scale B2B environments
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and always changing environment.
  • Strong verbal communications and experience working across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into operational and technical requirements.
  • Experience managing operational projects, problem-solving, process optimization, Field deployment etc.
  • Experience of working with vendors and managing large outsourcing agreements.
  • Advanced conflict-resolution and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to adapt work schedule to accommodate meetings with other time zones.
  • Hands-on experience using Marketing Technologies in corporate environments (Adobe, On24, Certain, Dynamics 365, Marketo etc.)

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Operations, Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related degrees
  • Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Fluent in English
