Employment: Full Time Experience: Mid-Level

The Corporate Sales Representative will work to sell print and digital Wall Street Journal and Barron’s Financial Weekly group subscriptions within a designated territory.

  • Generate revenue and circulation by selling print and digital group subscriptions
  • Maintain, build and grow existing customer relationships and revenue through phone and email communications
  • Act as an advocate for Dow Jones products to prospective clients
  • Contact prospects/clients via telephone and email to secure renewals and obtain new business
  • Respond to all email and phone leads immediately
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of renewals to minimize customer service issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service to troubleshoot problems and assume responsibility for customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role
  • Exceptional written, oral, and telephone skills
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to answer clients’ questions and successfully resolve issues
  • Ability to negotiate matters related to pricing or clients’ other business problems
  • Aptitude for customer service
