Job Description


The EMEA Staff Program Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver the growth of LogMeIn’s GoToConnect platform into and across the EMEA market. The market leading UCaaS solution has been available in region for about 18 months and is a strategic growth driver for LogMeIn. This role will be dedicated to ensuring the local and global cross-functional teams are executing effectively against this strategic imperative. This includes management of priorities, schedules, issues, risks, and scope changes to ensure successful and on-time achievement of product, regulatory, process and staffing milestones to support the expected growth. The EMEA Staff Program Manager reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and interacts with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide consistent communication and updates on project performance, schedules, and resources.


  • Establish structure and cadence to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to expand market opportunity, improve customer experience, reduce friction in sales and implementation process and streamline supply chain.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Care and Product leaders to identify opportunities for improvements and lead a data-driven approach to determine if/when to integrate into program roadmap.
  • Gather and review functional plans to confirm viable time frames, staffing, funding, and procedures for accomplishing components of program have been established.
  • Escalate in a timely manner to upper management any project issues, including timing, budget, resources, scope, and more.
  • Prepare project status reports for Senior management and functional leaders.
  • Facilitate retrospectives after program milestones to drive continuous improvement and team engagement.
  • Able to navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members


  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic, revenue generating, programs
  • Global project management experience with ability to manage globally dispersed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Subject matter expertise of UCaaS or telephony is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills including risk management, understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in Change Management best practices preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously in a hybrid remote environment.
