    Job Description

    The IT Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance to external users of Moody’s hosted / SaaS offerings. This role will be assessing technical issues via phone or email and providing professional and knowledgeable technical support to external clients.
    • Provide level 2+ technical support to users
    • Provide clients with data management solutions related to implementation
    • Assist clients with scripting and other IT issues related to the use of our SaaS offerings
    • Provide internal helps and training on system features
    • Conduct internal testing and support
    • Adapt tools to client model logic
    • Responsible for testing of new system features
    • Define and document new client requests that are systems related
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in computer science, finance, or accounting
    • Graduate computer science degree from a recognized post-secondary institution is a plus
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
    • Good working knowledge of programming for SQL and VBA
    • Working knowledge of Azure infrastructure platform and services
    • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes services
    • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging code
    • Good client support and relationship management experience
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
    • Excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
