Help us build an inclusive Microsoft web! Web Experience Collective (WXC) is a design and research team working on the forefront of new experiences for our customers in search, maps, advertising, and news. We collaborate in a customer-driven environment where our decisions are grounded in responsible design, creating experiences that make the web a better place for every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. If you’re passionate about technology, have a knack for creative ideas, and lead with a growth mindset, we want to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to lead at the forefront of new ideas and experimental design, taking risks with creative solutions and leading the industry in new paradigms of web experiences.

We are looking for a well-rounded interaction designer that can conceptualize the big picture as well as drive detailed design development for Microsoft Advertising – a multi-billion-dollar business that helps everyone from small business owners to larger enterprises reach new audiences and build their customer base.  Within our team, we firmly believe that ads don’t have to be an annoyance – rather, they can and should be something beautiful, intriguing, and helpful.  You will help us to continue our journey in reimagining the advertising experience for millions of customers while simultaneously helping our advertisers more easily build and manage meaningful and effective advertising campaigns.

We are excited for you to join a studio of other inspirational, effective, and world-class designers and researchers where you will work collaboratively to propose creative experience designs, engage multiple teams to support goals across Microsoft, and partner closely with Engineering teams to translate your work into real-world product experiences that delight our customers and  deliver business success.
