What Will Your Role Be?

Create and manage the customer champion program and case studies.  Communicate key messages in all channels (social, web,  programs) to increase leadership, awareness and leads. Also Create and run digital marketing programs.


The Challenges Ahead:

  • Develop, manage and grow customer champions, references and communities
  • Drive and manage excellent customer experiences for BIOVIA managing worldwide BIOVIA User Advocacy
  • Grow communities and engagement; both online and conferences or webinars to share best practices, stories and value
  • Manage what's new and new feature communication for  customer awareness
  • Superior communicating value and science
  • Communicate on social platforms regularly and often
  • Superior knowledge for social media and growing social programs
  • Communicate regularly and often on social platforms
  • Understand science and how to articulate for all different profiles
  • Work with virtual teams including executives, R&D and sales
  • Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills
  • Regularly communicate customer experiences and grow customer engagement

Your Key Success Factors:

  • Science, especially understanding life sciences for science-based industries (life sciences, CPG-R or Chemicals). modeling, laboratory informatics, formulations, data science, quality and manufacturing. 
  • Excellent communication , developing messaging and storytelling skills
  • Capturing and articulating value
  • Leverage best practices and develop innovative engaging methods valuable for customers
  • Understanding science and communicating for the right profile and audience the messages
  • Experienced with B2B in social, results, growing programs and social programs.
  • Managing customer experiences, references and programs
  • Experienced in managing  customer conferences, managing the content and logistics
  • Creating and managing multi-channel digital programs
  • Updating customers on new features and building customer programs and marketing automation experience; preferred Adobe Campaign and understanding KPIs
  • Managing communication platforms for webinars and recordings
  • Drive and improve results, managing dashboards and KPIs
  • Energetic, multi-tasking, results-driven
  • Flexible, agile and ability to work globally with virtual teams
