The Global Finance & Accounting team is seeking a Manager, Commissions Systems, and Reporting. The ideal candidate for this role is process minded, has excellent analytical skills and embraces automation in streamlining processes within a Sarbanes Oxley compliant framework. A primary responsibility will be the administration of Xactly Incent to calculate monthly commissions for payment. This role will work cross-functionally, working closely with Sales & Finance Operations, our Salesforce IT team, People Operations and the General Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will be a leader as well as a strong team player who is excited to grow his/her career in a dynamic organization.
Primary administrator of Xactly Incent which includes configuration of the application to support the compensation plan components and policies required to calculate payment of commissions to payroll
Manage system testing and documentation of results to ensure the Xactly configuration successfully passes all test scenarios
Develop analytical reporting for finance purposes and in collaboration with Sales Operations to assess the impact of compensation plans
Partner with IT and Sales Operations to understand and recommend the workflow of commissionable data from Salesforce.com to Xactly to support commission calculations
Be the “go to person” to troubleshoot and resolve Xactly issues
Support the provisioning of new users to Xactly and provide communication and education to new users of the application
Support accurate monthly accounting entries with results from Xactly
Oversee monthly audits to reconcile plan assignments by payee between HR data, Xactly and individual participant's plan document to support data integrity in Xactly
Provide analysis of quota and commission attainment as needed
3+ years experience in sales compensation administration (preferably in SAAS organization)
Experience with Xactly or an Incentive Compensation Management application is needed
Superior Excel/Google sheets skills
Committed to data quality and high standard of accuracy
Excel at multi-tasking, can work independently, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to analyze data and communicate the summary of the results, both verbally & written, in a clear and concise way
Can identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree
Experience using Salesforce.com and/or DocuSign
Understanding of enterprise sales back office process
