WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike Consumer Direct Marketing is looking for an Omnichannel (O2O) Lifecycle Marketing Manager to be a part of the NA Member Lifecycle Marketing team and play a critical role in driving the evolution of data-driven, member-centric marketing at Nike. This position will be a key component to how we engage and retain Nike members across our digital and in-store ecosystem, and encourage them to take actions indicative of stronger long-term engagement and retention.

We are looking for someone who has a background in or an understanding of lifecycle marketing across channels both digital and physical. The role is highly cross-functional, and will require effective communication and collaboration. The candidate will need to be able to eloquently blend art and science, with an understanding of how to interpret and action on data and an ability to develop innovative creative briefs. The candidate should understand the latest digital marketing/CRM technology in order to build comms and journeys that are feasible and take advantage of the full suite of available capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will drive the creation and optimization of always-on marketing and communications connecting our in-store and digital touchpoints. This will include creating holistic omnichannel strategies, briefing creative & audiences, and defining a plan for continuous iteration and optimization.

A typical day/week looks like planning against new capabilities and triggers from our Global partners, making recommendations to test/learn/optimize current communications, and partnering across the org to deploy new or updated comms (emails, in-app messages, notifications).

Among others, you’ll partner with Member Growth to identify business opportunities, Stores Marketing to align with in-store strategies, Marketing Science to understand data and insights, and Channel Leads to execute by platform.
