As an IT Engineer on the Operations team, you will work across teams and departments to identify, design and drive solutions in an evolving environment. You will constantly grow your skills, systems and technologies to help make everyone's day to day a little bit better. You will support cloud systems operations, create documentation and help everyone's day to day job be a little bit better.
What you get to do everyday:
Develop and maintain a broad understanding of our systems and how they work together
Use your knowledge to understand the end to end environment and apply those learning cross functionally
Write in Python, Bash and RubyInterface w/ SaaS API's to automate tools, processes and reporting capabilities
Administer myriad SaaS applications including: GitHub, Atlassian, JAMF, Oomnitza, Â Carbon Black and others
Work with Ops management to govern and develop technical architecture
Serve as a point of technical escalation for members of the Ops team
You'll help set endpoint policy via JAMF, BigFix and Carbon Black
Help out with Security incidents working all aspects of the environment to identify and remediate root cause
Work with cloud-based Single Sign-On systems and engage hands on supporting our SSO environment with multi-factor authentication
Assist in administering our Google G-Suite applications and Adobe Creative Cloud accounts.
Pitch in on tickets if things get crazy
Mentor and assist co-workers and vendors for continuity of policies and procedures instituted by our team

What you bring to the role:
Already have 10 years of experience
Love identifying and solving problems
Have an inherent dislike of inefficiencies and an uncontrollable urge to fix them
Love technology and view it as a hobby, not a job
Never met a Cloud app you couldn't master
Want to know what it's like to love a job
Have a deep understanding of Identity Management systems and how information flows between systems
Enjoy accessing API's and pulling info via scripting
Like autonomy and taking initiative
Previous experience with Boomi, MuleSoft and AWS a plus
