Veracode is seeking a B2B Partner Marketing Leader who will drive Veracode’s global partner marketing strategy and partner program. The individual will own definition and management of the partner program and drive strategy and execution of all marketing programs to, with, and through partners to achieve business objectives and accelerate growth. This individual will evolve Veracode’s partner program and drive engagement strategy with all Veracode’s partners including distributors and resellers, global systems integrators, managed service providers, and strategic technology partners.

The ideal candidate is passionate about their career and pushing a company to exceed business goals. This individual has a track record scaling a growth business, is energized by working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and is innately curious about business, technology, and new approaches to B2B marketing. This individual must be a super collaborator and expect to engage cross functionally with the channel chief and team, sales, corporate development, corporate marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, product management, and enablement. This role reports to Veracode’s Chief Marketing Officer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Evolve Veracode’s partner programs to accelerate company growth through and with partners.
  • Ensure Veracode’s capabilities are clearly understood by partners and appropriately positioned in partners’ marketing vehicles, including website, sales collateral and marketing/thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with the channel chief and team to map a mutually beneficial go-to-market strategy and franchise with partners, including building Veracode’s market presence, generating market demand, increasing partner contribution, and accelerating opportunities to closure.
  • Collaborate with the enablement team to define and deliver a robust partner accreditation and certification program and establish and meet aggressive metrics to grow adoption of the program and increase partner contribution.
  • Align with focus partners to develop and execute joint marketing plans that deliver positive ROI.
  • Enrich communications and the Partner Community (partner portal) to create a robust environment that increases partner productivity.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure current and new programs are performing optimally and are properly aligned to partner strategy.
  • Track partner progress and results against partner expectations across all programs by leveraging multiple platforms to create useful reporting and dashboards that quickly analyze and identify partner status, health, and opportunities for growth.

What you will need:

  • 10 years as a software B2B marketer – preferably with a SaaS solution business
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic leader that has defined and built a vibrant partner program and ecosystem
  • Experience within organizations that support a direct and indirect GTM strategy
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity landscape and ecosystem
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing and business professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and build relationships with C-level executives
  • Willingness to travel (~30%)
  • BA degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is a plus)
