We're looking for an email marketing associate who can make an immediate impact on our team. In this role, you will combine your current knowledge of email marketing skills and best practices to support our marketing programs that engage active prospects. You will work with fellow marketing rockstars all over the world, as well as cross-functionally across other departments for their messaging needs. You will be operational in our marketing tech stack as well as a a strategic consultant consistently assessing and optimizing the email campaigns that touch our prospects.
Build/modify HTML templates for email campaigns.
Assist in the development and monitoring of automated programs.
Create and deploy email campaigns with the required audience segmentation and filters.
Collaborate with designer when necessary to create new HTML templates.
Work with Marketing Ops to pull required product-data into marketing automation provider.
Manage the duplication and updates required for localized language campaigns.
Assist email team with maintenance of shared Eloqua components and other processes.
Reporting & Strategy
Run weekly audit reports to monitor performance of primary campaigns.
Report performance of primary campaigns and own optimization for each.
Evaluate the data and come up with copy/ design iterations that can be tested to continuously improve engagement.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to keep content in ongoing campaigns up to date and consistent with our brand, company and products.
Guide email segmentation, targeting, and lead nurture strategies for our various products that ultimately drive lead to win conversion.
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field
2-3 years experience in email marketing
Experience working with Eloqua or a comparable marketing automation program
Strong working knowledge of HTML
Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating, visualizing and interpreting basic data sets in Excel
Copywriting/ copyediting skills
Experience with A/B and multivariate testingSalesforce experience
Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proactive approach to getting things done
