Zendesk is looking for an experienced web product manager to drive planning and execution for our global websites.
The Sr. Web Product Manager will work with stakeholders to develop and document project requirements and lead projects through their entire lifecycle including scoping, development and QA. You’ll be an advocate for the website user experience in all projects, balancing the core goals of excellent brand experience, usability, and optimized customer acquisition.

With a full understanding of marketing goals and priorities, you will leverage your communication, project management, and technical skills to drive successful, on-time execution of projects with optimal impact on business goals.
Own the web project roadmap and manage requirements gathering/documentation, scoping, development and QA for all quarterly projects.
Prioritize requests from various teams and align those asks to the company and Marketing growth goals.
Serve as a strategic liaison across the creative and development teams, and also collaborate with product marketing, sales, marketing/sales ops, content, customer lifecycle, demand gen, PR and other groups to create impactful website experiences for both site visitors and for the business. Analyze website interaction metrics and use findings to drive/prioritize website enhancements.
Proactively communicate planning and execution timelines, track progress and milestones, and help report results from completed projects.
Build close relationships with key stakeholders at HQ and in the regions, and represent the Web Team in cross-functional projects and meetings.
Develop deep empathy towards Zendesk customers and prospects that visit our site as you actively try to make their journey more successful.
Suggest enhancements to website user experience and customer acquisition flows, using testing and experimentation best practices to continuously improve site performance
Experience & Skills:
5+ years of professional work experience in web product management, web marketing, digital demand generation, and online user experience, preferably in a marketing or development environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills combined with the ability to effectively estimate project scope, identify risks, evaluate timing, and communicate timely updates.
Strong understanding of information architecture, user experience, user testing, interaction and visual design, analytics, A/B testing, and web development.
Experience working with web technology, application development, and content management systems (particularly WordPress).
Proficient knowledge of SEO tactics and implementationA positive, proactive attitude, able to adapt to new requirements and maintain the flexibility to work with a diverse and international team.
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to the efficient execution of web initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - when working with designers and developers you instinctively understand their pain points and requirements, and motivate them to create exceptional work.
