Zendesk is looking for a People Analyst. Who might you be? You are genuine. You listen to your customers. You want to provide insights and analytics to help derive data informed decisions. You consistently strive to make the people around you better by provide insight into things that were previously unknown. You're a true partner for your internal customers.
Success in this role looks like this: you will come in and identify opportunities to build the foundation to our analytics program. You will drive the story from inception to design to deliver innovative solutions and predictive models.
This position is open in sunny (or foggy – depends on the hour) San Francisco and reports to the People Analytics Manager.
Create reporting and data visualization tools for people operations
Develop standard metrics, dashboards, and reports
Develop statistical models that can help drive decisions
Translate data and trends into strategies and stories
Develop people related forecast reports
Clearly communicate findings of analysis to all levels in the organization
Demonstrate good judgement and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
2+ years relevant experience in data collection, mining, and quantitative analysis
2+ years experience in statistical modeling using R, Python, or similar tool
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
Experience in building dashboards and automating reports
