What You’re Like

More than just an HR pro, you’re an advocate. You seek to deeply understand the business, its people and its needs so that you can fit the right talent to the right purpose. You’re a master promoter who values people holistically, and wants to see them achieve all their goals, whether professional or personal. You’re fair, balanced and compassionate. Dedicated to more than just managing programs, you want to help shape the culture of a company for the better.

What We’re Like

Surescripts Human Resources is one of the most collaborative, supportive and capable teams in the history of teams. We are honest with ourselves and one another, and we roll up our sleeves and help out whenever we’re called upon. We laugh a lot. We know that whether we’re high-fiving about our fifth accepted job offer in a day, or struggling with a complicated people issue, we’re all in it together.

OK, But Here’s What It’s Really Like

Working at Surescripts Human Resources, you’ll be challenged by balancing the best interests of employees, managers and the company’s bottom line. Naturally, these things aren’t always in perfect harmony with each other. And when this happens, things can get uncomfortable. But we believe that a little discomfort is worth it if it means a better outcome for everyone involved. So while we can’t always make everyone happy, we work to make sure that people are valued, respected and treated with dignity.
