About the Role

 

Your goal is to onboard new API providers from 0-1 and make us the #1 volume API provider in each of our active partnerships. You will work cross functionally with Sales, Ops and BD to understand how to be competitive via the API in each individual customers network then relay learnings across the API team.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Uber Freight Account Executives to discover, develop, and deliver customer API deals according to requirements agreed by the customer
  • Own the customer experience during the pilot - ensure 0 to 1 is as seamless as 1 to 100
  • Create and maintain playbooks, demos and other tools for successful onboarding, implementation and training
  • Team with Sales, Operations, and Product Management to ensure features and requirements are documented and prioritized
  • Grow active API partnerships by understanding functionality of the tool and how it presents unique value to different demographics of shipper partners
  • Onboard new API customers and support initial sales pitches
  • Hold MBR's and QBR's with Sales reps to facilitate API Growth
  • Be responsible for Overall API growth targets
  • Discover root cause of API failures and successes to evolve the offering

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, operations or consulting 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Exceptional program and project management experience; have successfully advanced customer initiatives from 0 to 1
  • Executive presence with a high degree of communication with internal/external executives
  • 2+ years of Enterprise customer experience (Ops or Sales)
  • Ability to travel 20 - 30% of the time (When applicable)
  • A team first, low ego attitude with a roll up your sleeves mindset
