Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
As a North America Field Marketing Demand Gen Manager for Dell Displays, you will be an integral member of the NA Client Solutions campaign team and lead the development and execution of go-to-market field marketing plans to support specific growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs to drive demand for the business.


You will:

  • Drive an integrated demand generation plan for Dell Displays aligned to Dell’s strategic priorities

  • Support the planning and coordination of programmatic activity for Dell Displays including sales plays, direct mail marketing, lead gen programs, webinars and digital activations

  • Manage and execute key Sales Enablement programs to help drive demand for Dell Displays

  • Apply broad knowledge of Dell’s Client Solutions business and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and related tactics

  • Lead the evaluation and analysis of market data and customer/audience data to accelerate growth for Dell’s Monitor business and Attach initiatives

  • Drive targeted programs and plays to build on Dell’s Market leadership; both to grow buyer base and expand share of wallet (Monitor attach) with existing customers

  • Establish and drive growth plans and report on progress and metrics to Regional Marketing and Business Unit leadership

Essential Requirements

  • 6-8 years of technology based Marketing/Sales experience with an outstanding history of success

  • Strong organizational skills and effective cross-organizational collaboration

  • Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders and collaborate effectively

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Good time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
