The Senior Consultant, Campaign Management oversees the full life-cycle of marketing campaigns across assigned regions/areas and Avanade clients' service lines and aligns them to varying priorities. This role is responsible for coordinating with cross-functional and cross-level teams both with key business partners and clients on all campaign elements.

The Adobe Campaign Specialist will manage multiple Marketing Automation and Cloud implementations. To be successful in this role, experience working with Adobe Campaign implementations is a must. Experience with a wide range of Marketing Automation skills including Email Marketing engagements and PM execution deploying Enterprise client MAP initiatives is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with key leaders to understand go-to-market programs and campaigns for global/regional service lines, and subsequently develop detailed campaign plans
  • Works with regional, service line and alliance marketing professionals to plan targeted campaigns and ensure consistency across marketing groups
  • Partners with global/regional Service Line Marketing on campaign assets and collateral creation, both content-related and supporting documents (e.g., budget, target accounts, KPIs, timeline, etc.)
  • Provides writing, editing and content management expertise in the creation of marketing and sales enablement materials, and partners with vendors as necessary
  • Develops and conducts field marketing, sales and business training on campaign objectives, planning and best practices to optimally leverage sales activities
  • Manages campaign distribution sources and channels, including online content, and localization of assets
  • Works with appropriate partners, including field and alliance partners, in campaign execution and response management
  • Monitors campaign performance in field, creates reports using KPIs, and responds to metrics in order to maximize campaign effectiveness


Years of Experience:

5+ years of experience in Marketing Campaign Management

2+ years Marketing Automation platform implementations

2+ years of experience in working with an digital agency or digital technology services-oriented company

At least one year experience working with Adobe Campaign Manager

Management Experience: N/A

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. Significant equivalent experience.

Other Skills/Knowledge: Marketing Automation experience with any of the following: Dynamics 365, Oracle Eloqua, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Marketo, etc...

Required Certifications: Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
