We are a global, multi-billion-dollar corporation and our Revenue Recognition Accounting team implements controls and evaluates actions required for compliance with the company’s revenue recognition accounting process, including the bookings and billings process. This team has an immediate opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional to work out of our Round Rock, Hopkinton or Pleasanton office.
Prepare SSP Fair Value analyses
Integrate new products and services into SSP framework
Prepare SSP rate cards; upload into Rev Pro
Model code assurance; ensure models are set up with the correct attributes to drive correct accounting in Rev Pro
Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Strong data summarization and reporting skills i.e. Pivot tables, v-lookups, filters
Understanding of revenue recognition principles
Must best extremely detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
8+ years of related experience in a related role with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree or 3+ years with a PhD or equivalent experience
Current or prior experience at Dell highly desired
SSP / Fair value experience
SAP / Oracle system and/or reporting experience
