The Darko team is looking for an intern to work with us this summer. Our team is responsible for the full-stack development of high-level workflow features, which empower our customers to be as efficient and effective as possible.
What you get to do every day:
Become a core member of the team, and work with engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
Implement full-fledged features by building and optimizing frontend applications and designing APIs.
Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Work on Enterprise features, which help our largest customers.
Admin features, specifically business rules (triggers, automations, macros, views), ticket SLAs, and business hours.
Build and manage tools to make our team work more efficiently.
Write the right tests for your work (we’ll teach you how!).
Be part of a great team where pair programming and open technical discussions happen daily!
Pursuing a computer science or equivalent degree (preferably in your second or third year of college).
A genuine passion for the web and related technologies.
Basic knowledge about web application development.
Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
Skills that we look for:
Ability to work well with others -- we frequently do pair programming.
Enthusiasm for learning.
Good problem-solving skills; can work through a problem without getting flustered.
