As part of the Global Nike Direct Digital Commerce organization, the Globalization and Content team enables Nike’s digital experiences to reach international audiences in their culture and language thru the Nike App, Nike Run Club, Nike Training Club, Nike.com, and SNKRS! We partner with Digital Product, Design and Global Technology to design, define, and build for international consumers ensuring digital experiences are relevant across 32+ languages and 150+ markets.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an Internationalization QA Lead to support our globalization quality operation! You will play a key role in optimizing our quality strategy through development and utilization of internationalization dashboards and reporting, to inform planning and decision making. 

The ideal candidate for this role will know how to identify key trends and information to support planning and critical initiatives, and serve specific insights to the Globalization team to enable their work. You’ll be working with a team of like minded globalization and localization professionals, joining an industry leading quality program.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The person in this role will centralize and drive process improvements that increase the utilization of Internationalization and Localization best methods, requirements and methodologies. You will own the development of internationalization dashboards and reporting, to inform planning and decision making to minimize impact on quality. Driving consensus among all partners will be crucial when trying to accomplish larger goals as well as resolving blockers with other teams to move forward. You will collaborate with the Quality Manager to plan ahead, drive road maps and program objectives for our vendor teams to deliver against. Participating in Globalization portfolio intake and planning sessions will be important to represent and anticipate quality requirements. 


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Quality Manager, Language Services and partners closely with our Globalization, Product, Quality and Engineering teams, as well as language specialists across local offices. You will also collaborate and coordinate with design, operations, and analytics teams.
