Zendesk is seeking an Expansion focused Campaign Manager to help fuel a phase of rapid growth for our company. This role is focused on creating and executing global end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive expansion business from existing Zendesk customers in our SMB segment. You will have a large influence on our company’s success and significant room for personal growth and career development. You will wear many hats - this is a role that requires hard and soft skills to be successful.

  • Drive expansion opportunity acquisition and pipeline generation within our SMB customer base.
  • Develop multi-channel (digital advertising, web, email, field & virtual events, etc.) customer expansion campaigns that meet business growth and revenue goals.
  • Create marketing programming that is sustainable and even useful for existing customers - we will only hit our goals by educating our customers and creating trust.
  • Collaborate with SMB sales teams on campaign implementation and follow up.
  • Partner with content team, brand team, web team, and performance marketing team to develop compelling content to support various marketing campaigns and align with buyer’s journey maps.
  • Own end-to-end management of global campaign execution, including: creative and copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion flows, and campaign optimization to maximize conversion rates.
  • Evaluate research, data, market conditions, competitive position and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Actively monitor all campaign analytics, partner with our business intelligence team to create appropriate reporting on campaign performance and communicate results effectively to the team with recommended actions for optimization.
  • 3+ years marketing experience within B2B tech. Saas prefered.
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments and building effective relationships and influencing change. You will not be working in a bubble! Good collaboration skills are vital.
  • Familiar with SMB segment and previous experience working closely with sales.
  • Comfortable within especially in campaign and reporting objects.
  • Strong creative mind with the ability to ideate new campaign creatives and collaborate closely with our internal marketing teams.
  • A bias for action, results and delivery, with a high quality bar and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Previous B2B Customer Marketing experience
