About You: As a Program Manager for our Commercial Sales Team, you will collaborate across the organization to drive programs that are strategically important to Convoy and the Commercial segment. You are operational and are able to break down large problems into concrete solutions and drive projects to completion. You are a strong communicator who collaborates well with others. You love solving big and small business challenges alike, and are eager to play a critical role in enabling the success of others. You are well written, deeply organized, and tactically proficient without losing creativity and agility.

This position is a Individual Contributor and will report to the Director of Commercial Sales. While not a member of the Commercial Leadership Team, this person will participate in various leadership meetings and be a critical part of the execution of forward-thinking initiatives.

You will take ownership of:
  • Strategy: You are able to own and drive programs that are a part of the larger strategic vision for Commercial sales and Convoy
  • Fluency with project management and data: You love driving projects through each stage of completion and working with numbers to draw insights and actions from them
  • Just do it attitude: You have strong operational mindedness and can drive concrete programs while also identifying gaps in the business
  • Communications: You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are able to clearly communicate goals, issues, and status to all stakeholders and partnersJudgment: You can assess costs, benefits, and risks to your programs and can identify and respond to issues rapidly and effectively
  • Influence: You drive effective teamwork, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
You will have the following skills and experience:
  • A BA/BS degree required
  • Excellent organizational skills (experience with Asana, Trello, etc. a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain internal relationships and build trust
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and tackle manual tasks as needed
  • Ability to identify and fill gaps; be willing to jump into obscure scenarios and deliver results
  • Data expertise in tools including but not limited to: Excel, Metabase, Google Sheets, SQL, Smartsheet, etc.
