We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated, self starter to accelerate our explosive growth on the Account Sales Team. You are passionate about solving customer challenges, and are interested in learning all things tech and data within the TV, Streaming & digital video space. You have a proven track record of tackling challenges head on, being inspired to grow faster than anyone in your peer set, and are interested in joining a high performance team. You live by the same values we do and want nothing more than to win.


  • Partner with the Sales Pods & team of sellers to deliver value for customers through pre-sale & post sale tasks by assisting the Client Service Managers & Campaign Optimization Managers
  • Manage the pre-sales process by developing thoughtful strategies & executing through visual and written storytelling. Including: Strategy sessions with sales, RFPs and revisions, forecasting tickets & Insertion Order creation
  • Support the execution of campaigns through implementation tags & onboarding of customer data. Manage shipment of segments, ingestion of data for measurement & activation, screenshots for decks, weekly reporting, mid campaign reporting, end of campaign reporting, assist with Reach frequency data & cost savings, and troubleshoot media campaigns & measurement
  • Champion the VideoAmp brand by being an ambassador of our Values



  • 0-2 years experience in media & advertising
  • College Degree required
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT, & the Google Suite
  • Design & Creative Writing Experience Preferred
