Are you someone who is eager to challenge the traditional norms common in the workplace and envision new employee experience?  Do you dream about helping organizations grow and individuals realize their full potential at work and beyond?

If you describe yourself as someone passionate about people, scaling tech businesses and eager to break the mold on the traditional way of working, this is the job for you!  VideoAmp is on a mission to create the best employee and workplace experience where people can bring their whole self to work everyday.  We believe that accomplishing something great requires a special group of people who work hard, drive results and have a blast while doing it - people who challenge the status quo and embody our values.  People who say “I’ll find a way” instead of saying “it can’t be done.”

You have experience building organizations that are scalable, durable and strong through leveraging leading market and labor data, implementing strategies to retain, develop and promote our talent.  You thrive by partnering, coaching and advising leadership and employees alike rooted in our Company Values.  You have a ‘people first’ orientation in the way you navigate complex analytics and insights to further a productive work culture. Your communication style is direct yet approachable in order to establish focused action plans that make a difference for the business, team and individual alike.  Most of all, our Company Values resonate with you on a personal level, and you are ready to support the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization experiencing hyper-growth. This role reports to the Vice President, Talent Management & Advisory and has the ability to be based in the Los Angeles or New York City area.
