    About the Real Estate & Facilities (REF) Department

    The REF department manages and optimizes a portfolio distributed across multiple sites and delivers day to day services to ensure an excellent workplace environment for all Bridgewater associates, clients and guests. It is responsible to achieve sustainable excellence at this by delivering systemized planning, services and outcomes, even as the requirements of the business change over time. Services are delivered using a combination of subject matter experts with significant external experience, as well as general management resources with significant exposure and rotation throughout Bridgewater.

    About the Role

    The Program Lead for Real Estate and Building Operations (REBO), reports to the Manager of REBO, the hard services pillar in the Real Estate and Facilities Dept.  This role has an array of responsibilities, that help oversee an IFM with JLL, across governance and program management. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) governance and reporting, financial management, client (internal departments) engagement, project oversight, strategy development and vendor management.  The REBO pillar works closely with stakeholders across the company, including very closely with Technology Critical Infrastructure, REF Soft Services, REF CRM, Security and HR, as well as closely with the depts. across the company. 

    Role provides exposure to the Chief Security Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Department Heads across the firm.  There is growth opportunity for the right candidate through time.      

    You will drive the following responsibilities:

    • Drive and oversee Real Estate Projects through our partner project managers
    • Coordinate clients and stakeholders across depts., hold people accountable
    • Track and manage project budgets, assist in overall pillar financial management
    • Ensure delivery of excellent outcomes through high standard quality control, probing, and deep understanding of program goals
    • Support reporting and synthesis of program status to senior management
    • Support oversight and governance of outsourced IFM

     We are looking for candidates with the following minimum qualifications:

    • You have a background in project/program mgmt. and enjoy working across multiple workstreams & stakeholders.
    • Can manage delivering outcomes through an outsourced partner.
    • You are comfortable holding people accountable, managing through conflict, and working through the day to day with common sense.
    • Financial Mgmt. Experience (project budgets, dept., budget, spend, Workday, etc.)
    • Real Estate Experience (Project Management, Workplace Experience, Shared Services, etc.)
