The Sales Enablement Content Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the sales enablement department. This role supports the identification, design, delivery and management of key instructional projects and other assets, and aligns them with the strategy and plan defined by the sales leadership. This role will also develop and evolve our team’s visual and creative branding within the context of Boomi’s corporate branding, impacting all sales enablement assets and communications. and supports the team in aligning to branding guidelines.

Global Enablement Content Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify target audiences training needs, identify instructional end goals, and develop content for sales training requests, sales tools, and resource development
  • Guide the SMEs with best practices and methods, and work with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Ensure that e-Learning content developed for sales enablement is packaged and delivered in our LMS systems for dissemination to the sales organization
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts and apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
  • Design exercises, activities, and assessment assets that enhance the learning process and assess learner performance
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product, and create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, job-aids, games etc.)
  • Create, design, and manage various materials for print and digital collateral, and perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Ongoing management of recurring enablement communications (Win Wires, Newsletters) and collateral repositories (Sales Wiki, Showpad, etc.)
  • Establish creative direction/adherence that align to brand guidelines
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule, and maintain project documentation and course folders
  • Suggest innovative ideas to the team infusing your expertise and experience to deliver world class training content

Essential Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement and Graphic Design activities including training, developing tools and resources, course development, and creating compelling visual designs
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects
  • Proven experience working with high performing teams across multiple geographies and functions
  • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong verbal, written, design, and interpersonal skills in order to lead, manage and conduct project activities with a variety of management levels and disciplines
  • Excellent project management skills – training, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution is required
  • Experience using video communications tools such as Zoom, Skype, Webex and Adobe Connect
  • Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
  • Self-driven and able to complete tasks with minimal direction
  • Creative problem solving
  • BS/BA degree

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience/background in the tech space
  • Experience developing sales enablement training, tools and resources
  • Experience with learning management systems and rapid eLearning development software (eg. Articulate)
