Employment: Full Time Experience: Senior

We are looking for an Account Manager ready to take on a role at one of NYC’s most exciting startups. The Account Manager is responsible for the implementation, scaling and success of Thrive’s behavior change solutions that include content, training and digital products that help customers achieve their corporate well-being objectives. The ideal candidate has experience working with large and complex organizations and will create and communicate project plans, coordinate resources, and build and manage partner relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the well-being of hundreds of thousands of people and shape the culture of global corporations. This role will report to a Senior Account Executive.


  • Articulate Thrive Global’s value proposition and embody Thrive values
  • Work closely with Senior Account Executive to deliver timely proposals with the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Maintain and track the full execution of Thrive Global solutions from time of sale through implementation and ongoing partner support
  • Troubleshoot client requests and questions
  • Maintain overall project details and drive the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal Thrive Global teams
  • Masterfully articulate Thrive Global’s value proposition to potential clients
  • Work closely with training team to coordinate global engagements
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 3 years of technology/media/corporate training sales experience
  • Experience managing large (Fortune 1,000) accounts
  • Experience managing $1M+ annual contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion and desire to play a leading role in driving successful implementation of Thrive programs throughout our Partner organizations
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Proven written communication and telephone skills
  • Track record of taking initiative, finding solutions and driving improvements to a business process
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment
