Your profile
- Minimum 3-5Y years of professional level work experience required. Prior experience in the security industry military, law enforcement, military or customer service highly required experience
- Minimum high School diploma or equivalent required
- Current state driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to drive Golf Cart
- Ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting is required
- Demonstrated ability to be very customer service oriented with the ability to professionally interact with all levels in a courteous manner and to de-escalate situations before they become hostile or unpleasant
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
As a federal contractor, Siemens Energy continues to monitor federal and state legal guidelines regarding the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Siemens Energy is pausing its mandatory vaccine policy while the issue is addressed by the courts. SEI will monitor the situation closely and may reimplement its policy if required to comply with federal law. Your responsibilities
- Executing security services as outlined in specific Post Orders and as direct by Security Management
- Conducting walking patrols of buildings or patrols of is
- Writing detailed and accurate incident report
- Monitoring the site from the console
- Knowing all site-specific policies and procedures and implementing emergency response activities as appropriate
