We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our Accounting team to assist with the monthly billing function with a priority on publisher side billing.
Pull reports from our own systems, third party systems, and the accounting platform.
Enter billable delivery data for direct sold agreements.
Generate and review third party media delivery reports for billing entry and analysis.
Review and reconcile billing discrepancies.
Enter credits/invoice adjustments into NetSuite, as required.
Liaise with client finance contacts regarding billing discrepancies and issues.
Work with Account Management team to communicate, manage, and enforce billing expectations with clients.
Communicate and reply to auditors.
Assist with collections process and ad hoc projects from Accounting team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1 year ad operations, billing, or finance experience -- preferably in online advertising, direct marketing or local advertising sales.
BA or BS Degree or equivalent.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate positioning at all decision-making levels to internal and external clients.
Self-motivated team player and problem solver that can help solve individual and team problems.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong decision-making, organization, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity and meeting deadlines.
Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups).
Experience with SaaS Based Accounting Systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) is ideal.
