Zendesk is looking for an Analyst Relations Senior Associate with a passion for relationship building and an understanding of the SaaS industry. Reporting to the Manager of Analyst Relations, this role will manage a range of projects within the AR program and help expand our reach within the industry analyst landscape. This person will also support analyst related Go-To-Market initiatives taking place throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain current and new relationships with industry analysts from firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC
Organize, plan, and host analyst briefings with executives from start to finish
Create necessary prep materials for analyst engagements
Help plan and execute on Zendesk’s annual Analyst and Investor day
Partner with marketing team to strategically manage our research reprint programs
Market analyst research internally to interested and appropriate stakeholders
Work with Customer Evidence team to secure Customer References for analyst research and associated activities
Proactively manage Zendesk presence on Gartner Peer Insights, including developing campaigns to drive positive customer reviews
Manage the cross-functional collaboration and planning for go-to-market activities such as analyst webinars and white papers
Understanding of the industry analyst landscape and its influence on the market
5 Years of experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Competitive Intelligence, or Product Marketing
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Outstanding interpersonal, project management and organization skills
Unfazed by constant change and quick to adapt to new challenges
A collaborative, open attitude comfortable working in cross-functional teams
SaaS B2B experience preferred
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
