We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team reporting into our Head of Growth Marketing. As the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for building multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive quality marketing leads for Syndio products and solutions focused on activating mid-sized accounts and supporting our Account Based Marketing strategy to activate enterprise accounts. You’ll leverage marketing best practices and end-to-end optimization strategies to help Syndio meet our ambitious acquisition goals and evaluate campaign and digital channel performance on a daily basis while using data-driven insights to improve our marketing efforts.

Core responsibilities

  • Create, execute and own digital campaigns and demand generation strategy to reach and activate mid-sized accounts across all digital channels - Paid Media, Paid Social, SEM, and more, ultimately, being responsible for sales opportunities generated from these channels.
  • Partner with our Sr. Account Based Marketing Manager and sales to run highly strategic and targeted campaigns that activate key enterprise accounts
  • Partner with our Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to leverage digital channels to drive upsell and cross-sell with existing customers.
  • Map content and campaigns to our ICPs across segments and verticals, ensuring we’re engaging the right people at the right time with the right messaging.
  • Partner with product marketing on new product launches to distribute relevant materials and promotions through relevant digital channels to targeted audiences
  • Work closely with our Marketing Operations and Analytics team to drive ongoing visibility of channel and campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster a data-driven mindset to help the marketing team evaluate the impact of all campaigns and support them on identifying the learnings, by constantly conducting A/B experiments that can be used as benchmarks for future activities.
  • Leverage statistical data analysis models to continuously identify opportunities for optimizing the customer journey, improving the customer experience, and driving conversions
  • Show a strong focus on ROI tracking and monitoring, constantly identifying campaign ROI opportunities
  • Optimize toward campaign KPIs and help meet marketing-sourced pipeline goals; model program ROI and contribution to growth initiatives
  • Create target goals, budgets and detailed projections on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics
  • Identify and champion new, innovative areas for growth
  • Establish world-class processes and workflows and ensure that learnings are documented and shared

About you

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in a performance or demand generation role in B2B SaaS with a heavy focus on paid digital marketing.
  • You are familiar with the B2B marketing funnel and customer acquisition process
  • You have experience marketing to Strategic Accounts and Enterprise segments while working alongside sales.
  • You bring a customer-centric marketing approach
  • You have previous advertising experience with Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, etc
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions and share meaningful metrics.
  • You are proficient with a typical marketing and sales tech stack—marketing automation system HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, social monitoring tools, G Suite, etc.
  • You are passionate about our mission to close pay gaps and create fairness in the workplace
  • You enjoy learning and are eager to experiment with new channels and tactics
  • You are resourceful; you seek creative solutions when faced with obstacles
  • Your actions and decisions are data-driven and results-oriented
  • You are self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, energetic and agile with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • You are goal oriented, work with a sense of urgency, and have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and quickly execute high quality work.
  • Proactive, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Role progression

  • Within 2 months, you’ll be fully ramped.
  • Within 3 months, the training wheels come off and you’ll be developing and executing new campaigns and pilots to help us learn and build a strategy to capture mid sized accounts while supporting our ABM strategy for enterprise.
  • Within 6 months, you’ve established some momentum, are confident in your role, and are building your strategy to help us achieve our SQO goals using digital channels.
  • Within 12 months, we’ll wonder how we ever managed without you.
