We are looking for a head of talent who has a hands on approach to sourcing and organizing world class people across engineering, product, design and creative teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, including driving interview and offer processes, reference checks, salary recommendations, and candidate closing.
  • Work cross-functionally with hiring managers from every department to determine recruiting needs and provide updates on any current candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with our interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
  • Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience from application stage to offer.

Experience Required:

  • Full-cycle technical recruitment experience
  • Extensive Technical Recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple technical hiring teams
  • Previous in-house experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven strategic sourcer and closer
  • You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
  • An interest working in Mobile XR and a desire to understand the emerging world of augmented reality

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience recruiting for computer vision or within the gaming industry
  • Experience recruiting and closing senior and executive level candidates
