What we need:

We are looking for a Recruiter to help fill us recruiter top talent for our Go-To-Market and G&A teams. We need someone to help us set up and oversee the recruitment process for each new role. This person will help us to ensure we find the best qualified candidate to help us meet our business goals in the future. We need someone who strives of understanding and customer focused - both internally and externally. Someone who knows where to find top talent and how to communicate Logikcull’s mission and vision is what we need to hit our hiring goals for 2019 and beyond. We need some to coach and a guide to our candidate’s throughout the recruitment process, so they are prepared to put their best foot forward. We need someone who is always looking to learn something new and knows there is always room for improvement

What you’ll be doing:
  • Collaborating with key leaders on the go-to-market and G&A teams to fill their hiring needs
  • Helping to outline and oversee the interview processes for the Sales, Marketing and Success team
  • Managing candidates throughout the entire process from resume screen to offer
  • Conduct first round interviews to ensure baseline skills and overall culture fit of the organization
  • Work with hiring managers to gather requirements for rolls and build out interview playbooks for the whole team to ensure consistency across multiple interview processes
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the interview process by being responsive and proactive with candidates needs
  • Contribute to the building of our employer branding to ensure to make sure our jobs are getting in front of the right people
  • Assist with special recruiting initiatives to help get the entire organization excited about recruiting and expanding the team
  • Constantly looking for ways to update, enhance or revamp our interview process

What we need from you:
  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience (1+ years of in house experience)
  • Track record of success with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced environment
  • A high EQ and strong communication skills to help develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • A curious mind set. You want to understand why this role is open and how it’s going to fit into our overall business strategy
  • Experience working with ATS systems such as Lever and Greenhouse
  • Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • A can-do attitude, no job is too big or too small for you to be a part of
  • A transparent approach to work. You’re an open book for both internal stakeholders and our candidates
  • Be a great representation of Logikcull
