RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate activities of theater staff to ensure efficient operation, promote patronage of theatre and provide a positive guest experience.
  • Monitor staff adherence to IFC Center and AMC Networks values and policies, and ensure proper training of all staff members.
  • Monitor ticket sales.
  • Cash and inventory control.
  • Prepare theater schedules.
  • Supervise floor Staff.
  • Supervise theater maintenance between shows.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the theater industry.
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment while managing staff.
