What you’ll achieve

As a Director, you will be responsible lead and manage multiple product lines [multiple product teams under each product line] and Architecture/Platform COE End to End including technology roadmap for Services Platform & Data Experience.  You will work with other product line leaders across Technology Transformation & Services organization to drive delivery of services business goals and technology north star. You will be working with multiple business partners across Services to achieve better customer experience.

You will:

  • Direct the efforts of the team towards achievement of strategic and operational objectives
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for specialized programs, systems and critical technologies
  • Assume a lead role within a major project and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators
  • Manage and support the career growth of your direct reports
  • Be responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
  • Leverage technical skills in driving the team toward the appropriate design of the customer technology solution
  • Be Responsible for the leadership and management of project execution
  • Organize intra- and inter-organizational activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years leadership experience (leading a team) with a Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science or similar technical field
  • Experience managing and working in large Software Development project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, budgeting, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live
  • Significant custom software development acumen leveraging a variety of existing and new technologies and delivery methodologies
  • Proven ability to build large scale enterprise solutions using latest technologies such as Java, Spring, Cloud Foundry,  REST API, Oracle EBS
  • Experience in structured modernization

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Product Management concepts and experience in applying them
  • Experience in managing Senior Architects and Senior Technology team members. With proven experience with managing and influencing large global teams
