As a key member of our Recruiting Team, the Senior Engineering Recruiter will manage the complete recruiting life cycle, serving as an expert in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying exceptional talent for highly specialized Engineering positions in a competitive market.

As a Senior Engineering Recruiter, you will own the following:
  • Account management responsibilities for the Engineering group, filling technical roles from entry level to experienced hires
  • Serve as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help develop and drive process improvement in the recruiting lifecycle
  • Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse technical talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and internet sourcing
  • Evaluate and sell prospective candidates for company culture and role fit as well as sell candidates on taking the first step toward carving out a career path at Addepar
  • Manage offer negotiations, including pre and post-closing candidates
  • Drive the hiring process including influencing at the department level to adopt best practices. Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies to meet business needs
  • Actively manage relationships with staffing partners / firms. Participate in industry specific trade events, associations and other relevant networking organizations as needed

  • Solid contact list from which you can draw in order to hit the ground running
  • Highly advanced passive sourcing skills
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling technical positions including those requiring a long hiring cycle
  • Natural ability to work collaboratively balanced with the ability to be self-directed
  • A positive, can-do attitude; being excited about the possibilities
  • Passionate about quality of hire, finding the best long term engineering talent in the industry
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of engineering recruiting for a growing technology company
  • Experience recruiting for financial technology is a plus
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
  • Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Experience successfully building business partnerships
  • Successful delivery on all deadlines and executing in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and sourcing technologies
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and communication skills
  • Committed, passionate about talent and possess a high bar
