Remote Opportunity Open to Any City

Primary Function of Position:

We are seeking a solution-oriented, customer first-minded person who will facilitate the implementation of our digital solutions across multiple customers from the time a customer selects a digital solution to a successful technical go-live of each digital solution at each site.

This individual will report to the Digital Implementations Senior Manager to facilitate the internal and customer related activities required for an assigned group of customers implementing Intuitive digital solution(s).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Implementation Senior Manager to serve as the primary customer point of contact during the implementation phase for our Digital Solutions (from a customer selecting a digital solution to a successful technical go-live).
  • Methodically document and track key steps of the implementation process.
  • Provide updates to internal and customer stakeholders at regularly scheduled cadence.
  • Implementation process for each site remotely (no travel to customer sites)
    • Host Pre-Kickoff meeting with internal stakeholders. Confirm completeness of data and selection of Digital Solutions.
    • Host Implementation Kickoff Meetings with each customer site to map out the implementation process, set expectations, define communication pathways, and align on target timeline
    • Facilitate the agreements phase of implementation activities across internal stakeholders including, but not limited to Legal, Contracts, Product Networking & Security to execute the relevant agreements Intuitive requires and any additional agreements or assessments the customer requires
    • Coordinate the installation phase of implementation activities across internal stakeholders including, but not limited to Product Networking & Security and Field Service to complete the installation and a successful technical go-live of the Digital Solution(s)
    • Facilitate the Clinical go live processes including but not limited to User setup, User Training, and Hypercare
    • Transition customer to service level support
  • Anticipate issues, respond to changes with agility, and be fundamentally solution-minded
  • Articulate complex topics in simple and digestible communications
  • Prepare and deliver effective and polished presentations to customers
  • Engage with team members for continuous process improvement.

  • Strong desire and ability to lead customer sites through the implementation phase for our Digital Solutions
  • Project management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and get things done
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Polished and succinct verbal and written communicator
  • Able to adjust to multiple demands while constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
  • Great listening skills
  • Breadth of technical aptitude – can speak knowledgably about to all aspects of the implementation across of portfolio of our Digital Solutions
  • Ability to drive a customer through a process repeatedly
  • Keen on continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations
  • Good judgement on how and when to escalate issues
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of post-bachelor’s work in customer success, digital implementation, program or account management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Industry experience in Medical Technology field preferred
  • Minimum Bachelors required. Masters a plus. Technical degree a plus.
