As the Social Impact Marketing Manager at Chubbies, you will be responsible for leading our social impact marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Foundation43’s partners as well as our marketing team, to help drive our social impact strategy. You will lead integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement of these programs, both internally and externally.

You will be an engaging leader, who knows how to actively listen and drive for alignment with various stakeholders. You’re an autonomous person who is a master at prioritization, and is comfortable with ambiguity. 

You possess a proven ability to influence and an unwavering belief that corporate responsibility can have a positive social and economic impact for both the company and society, and you will evangelize the importance of corporate responsibility across the organization.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Build integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement and scale for various Social Impact related projects
  • Build accountability/social impact marketing roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure our social impact messaging is integrated into our brand storytelling
  •  Build and launch campaigns to drive awareness to the causes and partners we support 
  • Create positive change in the realm of mental health with a specific focus on supporting partner organizations built by and for the communities they serve
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and PR and Community teams to create mission-aligned cause-marketing campaigns
  • Work with content and social media teams to create tailored social-impact content across multiple touchpoints; make data-driven decisions to guide content creation
  • Partner with BI team to gain insights into customer behavior, trends, site data, and other touchpoints to track KPIs and shape future programming and initiatives
  • Select imagery, Build content briefs to be executed upon by our content squad
  • Work with the merchandising and design teams to build new product partnerships with our partner organizations



  • Experience creating marketing programs/plans and managing partners as well as working closely with stakeholders to align, onboard, and execute a crystal clear vision and game plan
  • Passion for raising awareness for and destigmatizing conversations about mental health, 
  • Able to build and execute on initiatives independently
  • Results and ROI oriented, self-motivated, self-starter who is always thinking a step ahead, and a master of time management, who can prioritize, tune out the noise, and drive to execution with laser focus on what matters most in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working at a not for profit, or within social impact organizations
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience
